About this job
Who We Are
Imprint helps the world's best brands grow the lifetime value of their customers. We started with co-branded credit cards and rebuilt them to be smarter, more rewarding, and brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. But the card is just the beginning. We combine advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and deep customer data to create delightful and personalized experiences for members as well as efficient and profitable relationships for our brand partners. Our robust technology and world-class operations allow us and our brand partners to offer powerful financial products without becoming a bank.
In the U.S., co-branded cards alone account for over $300 billion in annual spend, and most still run on decades-old legacy bank systems. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, embeddable, and built for how people actually pay today. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, we're building a world-class team to redefine how people pay and how brands grow. If you want to move fast, solve hard problems, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you.
As Lead Product Marketing Manager (B2B), you will ideate and execute within Imprint's B2B product marketing to drive awareness, adoption and upsells. This is a senior individual contributor role with direct accountability for how Imprint tells its story to partners, prospects, and the market.
You will act as a storyteller and executor for B2B marketing: translating product launches and partnership outcomes into compelling case studies, sales materials, and overall b2b product positioning that makes Imprint's partner-facing narrative come to life.
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
Create and iterate on sales collateral and pitch decks reflecting recent product launches
Developed long-form case studies in active partnerships
Adding to Imprint's new B2B blog including content strategy, structure, and posts
Established strong working relationships with Brand, BD, Risk, and GM stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to source and shape data-driven narratives independently, without relying on others to surface inputs
Responsibilities
Develop and refine assets for B2B organization, including sales collateral like pitch materials, microsites, demos, case studies, and long-form content
Support the launch of Imprint's blog, helping to define its voice, cadence, and content strategy in partnership with Brand
Translate product launches, partnership outcomes, and risk/data insights into compelling partner-facing narratives
Partner closely with BD, Brand, Product, Risk, and Commercial to identify stories worth telling and get the approvals and data needed to tell them effectively
Build and run an AI-assisted production system (Claude, design and deck tools) so every prospect and partner gets materials that look and feel custom-made, in a fraction of the time
Maintain a modular messaging framework and proof-point library that make fast customization possible without drifting off brand or off compliance
Develop deep familiarity with Imprint's business metrics and use data tools (e.g., Snowflake via Claude and MCP integrations) to surface the right inputs for storytelling
Qualifications
Required
Demonstrated track record in B2B product marketing, with hands-on experience producing case studies, sales collateral, and long-form content
Exceptional written and verbal communication — able to craft convincing, data-informed and technical narratives for a partner and enterprise audience
Fintech or regulated industry background — familiarity with what drives B2B partners and how to position around compliance, risk, and product outcomes
Proven ability to work independently and self-unblock — comfortable building and moving forward without a fully defined playbook
Proficiency in using data to inform storytelling — ability to identify the right metrics, query tools, and translate outputs into narrative
Experience running a lean PMM function — able to own outcomes without the support of a large, structured team
Nice to Have
Experience at B2B fintech or infrastructure companies
Familiarity with co-brand, payments, or card program business models
Experience building content programs (blogs, partner hubs, editorial calendars) from scratch
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders including legal, compliance, or risk teams
Perks & Benefits
Competitive compensation and equity packages
Leading configured work computers of your choice
Flexible paid time off
Fully covered, high-quality healthcare, including fully covered dependent coverage
Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and the option to enroll in an FSA
20 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents
Access to industry-leading technology across all of our business units, stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity
