  • Present weekly supply changes to executive management

  • Develop, mentor, and lead team of high performing supply chain planners responsible for wafer/die supply

  • Collaborate with foundry partners to drive closure of near term wafer supply shortages and to forecast longer term capacity requirements

  • Oversee cross-functional alignment with backend planning, capacity planning, and engineering teams to understand chip supply bottlenecks and influence downstream capacity investments

  • Guide continuous improvement efforts and projects in support of organizational strategies

What we need to see:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • 8+ overall years of experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with background in semiconductors or wafer/chip planning

  • At least 4+ years of experience in a leadership role

  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications

  • Demonstrated agility and flexibility in a fast-paced, constraint production environment

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior executive staff

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience managing global manufacturing with foundry suppliers and partner teams around the world

  • Proven problem solving, analytical and complex modeling skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and people concurrently

  • Find creative, out-of-the-box solutions and approaches to complex problems
