The role supports customer experience and growth by improving channel discoverability and engagement, coordinating agencies and stakeholders, and keeping training resources current, accessible, and scalable. Success requires customer focus, disciplined project management, strong cross-functional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-moving environment.

  • Support campaign development and execute annual marketing plans (Plan on a Page) with internal partners and industry teams.
  • Track channel performance indicators, including impressions, clicks, web activity, attributable sales, open rates, click-through rates, and leads, to improve future execution.
  • Develop product-specific value messaging and sales content as needed, including support for new product introductions.

Branded Merchandise

  • Manage Cat Reman branded merchandise, including item selection, ordering, inventory, and fulfillment.
  • Ensure merchandise aligns with Caterpillar brand standards and approved supplier requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on timelines, budgets, approvals, and quality.
  • Support dealer, customer, and internal merchandise requests tied to business priorities.
  • Track inventory, spend, and usage to forecast needs and make the most of available resources.

Training

  • Maintain and update content for Virtual Cat Reman U, an online training program, and help learners access current training resources.
  • Improve trainer certification curriculum, facilitation materials, student resources, and dealer and regional playbooks for the Next Level instructor-led training program.
  • Coordinate marketing-led training offerings at Caterpillar facilities and support locally delivered sessions.
  • Track registration, attendance, budget, learner completion, and participant feedback to improve program effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to keep training content current, practical, and aligned with customer and dealer needs.

Marketing Operations & Collaboration

  • Collaborate across Cat Reman, On-Highway Truck Engines, product groups, industry teams, agencies, facilities, and other internal partners.
  • Prioritize work against business objectives, customer needs, available capacity, and delivery risk.
  • Provide clear status updates, document critical handoffs, and escalate decisions or constraints early.
  • Direct, review, and approve agency work while maintaining internal ownership of outcomes.
  • Manage assigned program budgets, maintain accurate forecasts, and track spending to ensure effective use of available funds and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Use workflow and project management tools such as Workfront and apply consistent content tagging and metadata practices to keep work organized, trackable, and on schedule.
