This hybrid role entails working in the office 4 days per week in our San Francisco HQ.
What You’ll Be Doing:

About You:
- Someone who has done most of this. 2+ years of People Ops experience, preferably in a high-growth organization.
- Knowledgeable of the law. Well-versed in local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- A fan of technology. You understand the need for tech to support scale and a human to guide the way. And excited about AI.
- One who sweats the small stuff. You know details matter and love tying up loose ends.
- Passionate about your craft. You take pride in your work and are eager to evolve. You may often find yourself geeking out on the latest tech solutions, reading People blogs, listening to podcasts, and dreaming about how to create an environment where high performers thrive.
- Excited about numbers and spreadsheets. You can whip up a pivot table, chart, or graph with ease to tell a story or share insights.
- A hustler who can get stuff done while faced with competing priorities.
- Discreet and can handle confidential information with grace and ease
