Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours.

In this role, you will be a key member of the Finance team responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s cash flow operations across North America. You will lead cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and liquidity planning to ensure the business maintains a strong financial position. Partnering closely with Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, and business unit finance teams, you will provide critical cash flow insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making at the leadership level.

You will take a leading role in building and refining cash flow forecasting models, identifying risks and opportunities within working capital, and preparing high-quality review materials for Finance leadership. You will also be responsible for driving process improvements and developing solutions to ad-hoc business developments and requests from senior stakeholders.

A strong analytical mindset, ability to work accurately at speed, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical to success.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end cash flow forecasting process, including short-term and long-term cash projections, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting to Finance leadership and Treasury.
  • Manage working capital performance analysis, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and business unit finance teams to align cash flow forecasts with broader financial planning cycles (Strategic Plan, Annual Contract, monthly forecasts).
  • Develop and maintain cash flow models and dashboards that provide clear visibility into liquidity, free cash flow drivers, and capital allocation impacts.
  • Provide decision support and scenario analysis for key business initiatives, including capital expenditure planning, M&A activity, and restructuring programs.
  • Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment within cash flow reporting and related processes, maintaining full compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.
  • Lead projects to improve cash flow forecasting accuracy, automate reporting processes, and enhance ways of working with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team by investing in personal development and supporting the development of Finance peers and direct reports.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 10 or more years of experience in Finance, with demonstrated expertise in cash flow management, treasury operations, or FP&A
  • Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred
  • Strong technical skills required (i.e., Excel modeling, financial systems)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and levels
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Essbase, or similar ERP/financial planning systems preferred
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Hybrid work arrangement
