Pitch in wherever necessary as a core member of a lean, mean startup recruiting machine
What makes you a good fit:
2+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in one or more of the following areas: Software, Autonomy, Hardware, or Hardware Operations
Ability to advise hiring leaders using recruiting data and market insights to support effective hiring decisions
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while balancing hiring speed, candidate quality, and business needs
Strong judgment, credibility, and follow-through, with a track record of turning challenging searches into recruiting success stories
Experience supporting fellow recruiters and contributing to improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and operations
Thoughtful communicator with strong business judgment and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Blend of in-house and agency experience preferred, with a knack for building from the ground up
