- Strategic commercial advisory: Advise senior stakeholders to define clear, impactful business priorities within CVRM, translating complex quantitative findings into actionable strategic recommendations for blockbuster portfolios and late-stage launches.
- People leadership: Directly manage, coach, and develop data analytics individual contributors, fostering technical excellence, rigorous methodology, and continuous upskilling across the team.
- Consumer-driven market expertise: Drive advanced analytical approaches tailored to a fast-evolving, consumer-driven healthcare landscape, connecting clinical insights with broader behavioral and economic drivers.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate seamlessly across commercial marketing, medical affairs, market access, and finance teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and high-impact execution.
- Product integration & innovation: Champion the adoption of advanced analytical products and automated workflows, embedding predictive capabilities directly into business operations and fostering a product-first culture.
