Advisory boards and other primary insight-generation forums are led by the Insights & Congress Strategy Senior Manager; this role translates those learnings into engagement plans.

- Partner with the TLL Lead and Commercial Training to shape the TLL onboarding and training curriculum, building the knowledge, skills, and capabilities needed for effective customer engagement and field execution
- Oversee the development and lifecycle of P2P content and resources, guiding agency partners through development, review and approval, rollout, and updates
- Use program data, customer feedback, field insights, and competitive intelligence to assess performance, identify opportunities, and improve the P2P and OL engagement approach
- Synthesize OL, customer, and program insights into actionable input for brand and tactical planning; communicate key learnings, opportunities, and risks to cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage budgets, agencies, and external partners with strong financial stewardship, sound prioritization, compliance, and attention to quality
