If you’re seeking a career where you can truly make a difference in the lives of others—where you can work at the forefront of biotechnology with the top minds in the field—you’ll find it at Amgen!
Dazodalibep is an investigational medicine currently in Phase 3 clinical development for the treatment of Sjögren’s disease. As a potential first-in-class treatment in a disease area with significant unmet need, the U.S. launch will require both compelling brand strategy and innovative approaches to educate, engage, and activate HCPs.
The Senior Manager, HCP Launch Marketing will play a pivotal role in helping prepare the U.S. organization and marketplace for the potential launch of dazodalibep in Sjögren’s disease. This is a unique opportunity to help shape an evolving treatment landscape, influence how HCPs recognize and address unmet patient needs, and gain invaluable experience across the full launch journey—from market shaping and strategic planning through commercialization. As a key member of the U.S. launch team, this individual will have meaningful ownership of high-impact initiatives, partnering closely with the HCP Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to translate customer insights, emerging evidence, clinical data, and market dynamics into impactful HCP marketing programs and launch initiatives. This highly visible, hands-on role will lead the development and execution of innovative branded and unbranded campaigns, field resources, and digital experiences designed to engage HCPs, challenge the status quo, and lay the foundation for a successful launch.

· Lead development and execution of unbranded disease education and market-shaping initiatives that elevate understanding of Sjögren’s disease burden, unmet need, and the evolving treatment landscape, helping establish the foundation for future treatment adoption
· Support localization of brand positioning, HCP campaign, promotional messaging, and customer strategy, including segmentation, targeting, account prioritization, customer journeys, and adoption barriers
· Own development and execution of assigned DSE and branded HCP non-personal promotional initiatives, including websites, digital media, video, email, social, and congress amplification
· Own development and execution of priority personal promotional materials and field experiences, including ICVAs, leave-behinds, rep-triggered communications, objection-handling resources, congress/booth materials and other launch-critical field tools
· Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Business Analytics & Insights, and Sales Training to support field engagement and launch readiness, establishing feedback loops that translate customer and field insights into improvements in messaging, promotional resources, and activation plans
· Partner with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical through the promotional review process to deliver high-quality materials against critical launch-readiness timelines
· Maintain a deep understanding of the Sjögren’s treatment landscape, emerging competitors, customer perceptions, and market dynamics, translating developments into implications for the brand and field execution
· Play an integral role in U.S. brand planning and launch readiness, while owning high-priority HCP marketing workstreams including tactical planning, agency partnerships, budgets, timelines, and performance
