What You'll Do
Design and build interfaces across the platform and marketplace, from early concepts through release.
Make agent runs, evaluation results, reward signals, and quality feedback clear and actionable.
Work with research and engineering to turn complex reinforcement learning and evaluation workflows into useful tools.
Talk with users, observe challenges, and improve the product based on feedback.
Develop reusable interaction patterns and maintain strong usability, visual quality, and implementation standards.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience as a design engineer, product designer, or in a similar role shipping product interfaces, with a primarily full-stack engineering background.
Front-end engineering skills and experience turning design work into working product interfaces.
A portfolio demonstrating shipped design-engineering work and visual design quality.
Experience shipping products, learning from users, and iterating based on feedback.
Technical education or background, clear communication, and experience working closely with engineers and researchers.
