About this job
Prime Video's Creative Advertising team, within WW Marketing, is hiring a dedicated and dynamic Creative Manager to lead the creative development and execution of high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across Prime Video's product surfaces and tentpole events. This role reports into the Head of Brand Creative and sits at the intersection of brand creative, digital design, and product marketing — owning end-to-end creative for major moments like Prime Day, new feature launches, in-app experiences, AI innovation features, tests, and weblabs.
This role partners closely with product marketing managers, brand strategists, and cross-functional teams across Prime Video, Amazon, and MGM Studios to translate business and product objectives into compelling, customer-facing creative. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in digital design with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept through delivery. They should have experience designing for apps, UX, and complex product surfaces, and be comfortable managing vendors, offshore teams, and multiple workstreams simultaneously. This is a role for someone who doesn't just design — they own the entire creative process and drive results.
Key job responsibilities
Ideate and develop innovative creative campaigns for Prime Video's biggest moments — Prime Day, feature launches, in-app experiences, and AI-driven product innovations.
Bring a strong POV and digital-first creative vision with clear ability to direct internal and external partners.
Craft creative briefs and presentations that translate product marketing objectives into compelling strategies.
Partner with product marketing managers, brand strategists, and cross-functional stakeholders across Prime Video and Amazon to align creative with business goals and customer insights.
Think across platforms and product surfaces — app, web, CRM, social — creating tailored content that drives marketing objectives.
Lead end-to-end execution of campaign creative assets within budget and on-time across digital, in-app, social, CRM, and experiential channels.
Elevate creative output across internal teams, agency partners, vendors, and offshore resources to ensure high standards of quality and brand consistency.
Manage complex, high-visibility projects spanning multiple territories, teams, and platforms — including weblabs, A/B tests, and feature rollouts.
Direct development of all creative assets: digital display, in-app, social, key art, video, UX surfaces, and experiential.
Serve as the creative lead within the Creative Advertising team for service and product marketing, partnering with strategists across teams.
Forecast resourcing, drive schedules, manage budgets, and remove blockers with confidence and clear communication.
