Serve as the primary strategic decision-maker within the International Business Team (IBT), directing cross-departmental decisions in Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance to protect portfolio profitability and market share. Lead the process of monitoring customer requirements and platform performance data to justify and lead high-level technical specifications and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring long-term competitive viability. Orchestrate global launch and promotional activities for new and existing IVD platforms, ensuring all regional affiliates are technically and commercially prepared for market entry. Drive the implementation of global marketing strategies through affiliate companies, providing expert-level guidance on complex product issues and ensuring local plans meet global standards. Participate in and contribute to International Business Team (IBT) and affiliate summits, acting as the subject matter expert for the Pathology and Diagnostic product lines. Analyze global market trends and competitive landscapes to develop proactive defense strategies and identify “white space” opportunities for portfolio expansion. Participate in appropriate market research initiatives to monitor competitor activities and engineer strategic responses to maintain global market leadership. Position requires up to 30% fully reimbursed domestic and international travel.
