What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. Sjögren’s disease is a debilitating autoimmune disease with significant unmet medical need and no approved disease-modifying therapies. Dazodalibep is an investigational medicine currently in Phase 3 clinical development for the treatment of Sjögren’s disease. As a potential first-in-class treatment in a disease area with significant unmet need, the U.S. launch will require both compelling brand strategy and innovative approaches to educate, engage, and activate HCPs.
In this role, the Medical Marketing – Sjögren’s Disease, Senior Manager, will lead U.S. external insight generation and the broader congress activation strategy for Sjögren’s Disease for one of Amgen’s highest-priority launches in Rare Disease. Reporting to the Director of Medical Marketing, this individual will ensure customer, scientific, field, and congress learnings are translated into clear strategic implications that shape launch strategy, customer engagement, content, and investment decisions.
This is an opportunity to help shape U.S. launch strategy for Sjögren’s Disease by bringing the voices of customers, experts, and the field into the decisions that matter most. In a fast-moving and evolving market, this role will lead advisory boards, congress engagement, and field-insight planning—connecting what we hear across sources to clear implications and actionable recommendations for the brand. HCP Marketing retains ownership of booth-related and sales-driven assets, including development and deployment of Tier 3 local conference kits.

- Coordinate congress planning and execution with OL Engagement & P2P, HCP Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and other cross-functional partners
- Manage budgets, agencies, and external partners, prioritizing resources and maintaining strong financial stewardship and high-quality delivery
- Identify ways to strengthen insight generation, congress planning, and knowledge sharing through analytics, technology, and responsible use of AI
